Zurich/London, March 9, 2010: Swiss wealth manager Helvetia Wealth eyes fundraising by private equity or IPO  

Swiss asset and wealth management company Helvetia Wealth is looking at cash-raising options that include a public listing or investment from a private equity firm to fund further acquisitions and grow its business, Chief Executive Officer Kamil Stender told Dow Jones Newswires in an interview. Stender aims to grow the firm’s assets under management to CHF 10 billion (EUR 6.85 billion) by 2012. Stender said Helvetia, which has acquired several groups of independent financial advisers in the UK recently, has a pipeline of 10 deals. – Following a long-term PR strategy, the interview with Dow Jones was arranged and prepared by Shepard Fox Communications, Helvetia’s full-service PR provider, which includes running their press office, managing all media requests and acting as spokesperson on behalf of the company.
