Zurich, November 24, 2009: Companies and managers are turning to music to build teams and to cope with crisis
Corporations are hiring orchestras to teach their employees a lesson about leadership and performing as a team. Executives are discovering classical music to lead them out of a personal crisis following job loss. A pioneer of this trend is executive coaching firm Choice Ltd. and its CEO and behavioral therapist Christina Kuenzle. Not only has she developed a workshop where corporate teams interact with an orchestra to find the right balance between leading and following, she has also published a manual for managers based on the works of romantic composer Schubert, in which she develops a roadmap for coming out of a personal crisis by following the path the protagonist in Schubert’s Winter Journey is taking. – Shepard Fox Communications is promoting both workshop and book, and arranges lectures and media interviews.
