Swiss top skier Didier Cuche won gold in super-G and downhill silver at the skiing world championsships in Val d’Isère, France, to become one of Switzerland’s most successful skiers ever. Cuche is the celebrity testimonial promoting an advanced form of electronic payments – the e-bill, a new service by the Swiss banks and Swiss Postal Services. To capitalize on his peaking popularity and to further increase the number of users of electronic billing, an ad campaign was launched with ads and advertorials appearing in the Swiss Sunday press for the coming three months. – Shepard Fox Communications drafted and developed the copy text used throughout the campaign.
