Shepard Fox Communications is promoting a Europe-wide Food Allergy Awareness Campaign on behalf of the European Association of Allergy and Clinical Immunology EAACI. As part of the ongoing campaign, the Association warns of increased food allergy risks during the Christmas season and offers advice to the public on anaphylaxis, common allergy triggers and how to spot the symptons of a severe allergic reaction. – Shepard Fox Communications created the corresponding press release in five languages, distributed it to media in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland, and arranged for media interviews with the Head of the campaign.
