Many top executive seem to effortlessly combine professional careers with perfect harmony in their personal lives. At least that is what they claim publicly since everything else would jeopardize their careers. Executive coaching firm Choice Ltd. is consulting CEOs on how to actually achieve professional success while maintaining a gratifying marriage or family life. In an interview with a leading Swiss business weekly, Choice CEO Christina Kuenzle explains that while a minority of top achievers indeed balances both professional and private life well, the majority of male CEOs focuses on their careers while taking a harmonious family life for granted or leaving it to their spouses.
