Konstantin graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations with a degree in international journalism, and received second education in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in public and municipal administration management. He also completed a MBA program in Moscow’s Business School MIRBIS. He began his professional career at the Moscow city government as an external communication specialist. Konstantin is an expert in PR, government relations, and CSR. He run several international, EU-related as well as all-Russian projects for a wide range of industries including the oil industry.
