The World Gourmet Summit, the culinary mega event of the year, celebrates its 14th installment from April 11 – 25, 2010 in Singapore. Organised by Peter Knipp Holdings Ltd and supported by Singapore Tourism Board, the Gourmet Summit is presented by Citibank for the second consecutive year. The Gourment Summit is an annual epicurean festival that showcases the intricate craftsmanship of some of the most prestigious chefs, with Ferran Adria (“the Salvador Dali of the kitchen”) being one of them.
