Zurich, February 25, 2010: Learning leadership from musicians: A music ensemble and a management consultancy develop new workshop for leadership training
When companies fail, the reason rarely is a lack of skills among their employees. Most often it is a lack of leadership and of working together as a team towards one common goal. But leadership is an art and team building an ongoing effort requiring hard work. That is why now there is radical new approach to leadership training and team building.
