Luxembourg/Zurich, February 1, 2010: Swiss specialist for cashless payments launches pan-European expansion
SIX Pay, the Swiss provider of cashless payment solutions, was today granted the banking license to also offer its services throughout the European Union. With the granting of the license the specialist for card-based payments launches its expansion into new markets, which shall be primarily focused on Eastern Europe. The aim is to establish the company among the leading providers for cashless payments. In Western Europe, particularly in Germany, the Benelux and Italy, the activities shall be expanded by installing national respresentatives. Customers there were previously serviced from Switzerland. – Shepard Fox Communications has won the pan-European account for all PR activities supporting the expansion into Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria as well as into Western Europe. In a first step of implementing the international PR strategy developed by Shepard Fox Communications, a press release was sent out to annouce the kick-off of the expansion into new marktets.
