London, May 27, 2009: Global think tank on the future of work offers new online database for latest labour market research
How will the ageing of the European workforce impact the labour market and change companies’ recruitment policies? How can we lower youth unemployment which is still running twice as high as the overall unemployment? What do the new Chinese labour laws mean to foreign employers and how do Chinese workers benefit? What are the latest developments on the Indian labour market? Which skills are needed in the future and how do we acquire them? Which HR policies help overcome the crisis? These are some of the questions the Adecco Institute, think tank on the future of work, is doing research on. The latest findings of this research, done in cooperation with Warwick University, the London Business School, Manchester University, Jacobs University, the Shanghai Academy and the Tata Instiute, are now being offered on a new website, designed for intuitive use, allowing the user to easily navigate the changing world of work. – Shepard Fox Communications drafted the relaunch concept, advised on the online offerings and website structure and edited the copy texts.
