Lausanne, July 21, 2009: Leading Swiss business paper says good-bye to paper – not for the news, but for invoices
The leading Swiss French-language business paper, L’ Agefi, has introduced electronic billing for its subscribers. They can now pay for their subscriptions online via their e-banking accounts. This eliminates the need for paper invoices. The same convenient billing method is available to readers of “Evasion” and “Profil” magazines, both published by L’Agefi. “As a newspaper publisher we have a special relationship with paper. But just as we are continously expanding our online range, we are now offering our readers the possibility to pay online and completely paper-free”, commented Francois Schaller, Editor-in-Chief of L’Agefi. – Shepard Fox Communications created the media release and distributed it electronically via customized distribution lists.
