Even more so, can romantic music by Schubert speak to managers that are used to listening to tough leadership talk, and help them restore faith and creative powers after a job loss, divorce or disease? Yes, it can, argues Christina Kuenzle, professor at INSEAD Businesss School and founder of Choice Executive Coaching. In her new book, based on Schubert’s Winter Journey, she develops a model of how to cope with loss and how to come out of a personal crisis stronger than before.
