Zurich, October 1, 2012: Web 3.0: Mila App transforms a smartphone into an online office, connecting small businesses and the self-employed to the global marketplace
Globalization, digitalization, global interconnectedness: until now it was something only large, corporate players could benefit from. Mila, a new business app, changes everything by democratizing the advantages of digital interconnectedness and putting them into the hands of the self-employed and small businesses (SMEs). Anyone with a smartphone can now enter the global market via the internet. How? Mila is the first app to link Cloud Computing, Social Media and Web Semantics, the Web 3.0. – Shepard Fox Communications has been commissioned to promote Mila in Europe, the US, and Asia. We developed an international PR strategy and broke it down to local media relations activities in the relevant key markets: Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Italy, Sweden, the US, Hong Kong and Singapore. Shepard Fox put together key messages, created press releases in eight languages, distributed them to the relevant media, websites, and bloggers, and monitored media coverage.
