Geneva, December 2, 2010: Deutsche Bank study reveals new recruiting strategy for Private Wealth Management client advisers – diversity as key competitive advantage
Deutsche Bank’s Swiss Private Wealth Management unit conducted an empirical study to better understand the character profiles of its client advisor teams. The underling assumption of the study is that better performing client adviser teams achieve higher client satisfaction, and thus lead to an increased bottom line for the bank.
